CONSIDERING WORKING TOGETHER?

Whether you’re exploring a speaking engagement, seeking private advocacy or coaching, or simply curious about what support might look like, you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.

This is a space to ask questions, share a little about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit, without pressure or expectation.

Hi. I’m Rhonda. It’s nice to meet you.

Hi, I’m Rhonda, a nurse, cancer survivor, Reiki healer, and lifelong caregiver turned advocate.

My path from healthcare professional to patient, and back again, reshaped everything I thought I knew about care.

Living on both sides of the system gave me a deep understanding of how often women feel rushed, unheard, or left to navigate life-altering decisions on their own.

I know what it’s like to sit in exam rooms filled with uncertainty, to advocate for answers while carrying fear, and to rebuild trust in your body after it’s been through too much.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work, supporting women through compassionate advocacy and integrative care, and speaking into spaces where listening, dignity, and humanity matter.

This is work rooted in presence, truth, and the belief that care can, and must…be better.

ABOUT ME

Meet Your Advocate

More than a title, this is my why!

These roles don’t exist in isolation, they inform how I show up in rooms where care, leadership, and advocacy intersect.

HEALER

I’ve always been a caregiver. Even as a child, nurturing others came naturally to me. My path into nursing, energy healing, and emotional care wasn’t just a career. It was a calling.

MOTHER

Motherhood shaped me more deeply than anything else. Through pregnancy, loss, and raising my daughters, I learned fierce love, surrender, and what it means to hold space through the hard.

SURVIVOR

In 2023, I was diagnosed with rectal cancer. I’ve walked through treatment, surgery, fear, and deep self-love. And I came out transformed, with more softness, strength, and clarity than ever before!

ADVOCATE

I’ve learned how hard it is to speak up in a system that doesn’t always listen. Now, I use my voice, and help other women use theirs, to ask questions, make informed choices, and feel empowered in their care.

GUIDE

I don’t come with quick fixes. I walk beside you with presence, compassion, and deep listening, helping you tune into your own wisdom and find your way, one step at a time!

EVERYDAY ME

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me sipping a white chocolate mocha, meditating by the water, or hiking with my dog in the PNW. I believe in finding joy in small rituals and grounding in the everyday magic of life. Healing is sacred…but also deeply human!

Organizations I align with

These are the organizations and communities whose values reflect my own, centered in compassionate care, whole-person healing, and advocacy that uplifts. I’m honored to learn from, be in connection with, or share space alongside them.

“Rhonda helped me make sense of everything when I was first diagnosed. She sat with me (virtually), helped me prepare for my appointments, and made me feel like I wasn’t doing this alone. I could finally breathe.”

Jessica M.

“What Rhonda offers is beyond coaching. She helped me reconnect with my body after chemo. Through reiki, journaling prompts, and emotional support, I felt seen in a way I hadn’t in a long time.”

Lana P.

“I reached out because my mom was going through cancer, and I didn’t know how to help. Rhonda guided me gently, gave me tools to support her and myself, and truly held space for both of us.”

Melissa T.

My Story

How it all started…

1970's

Born a Caregiver

Grew up in Hermantown, MN with a deep love for caring and nurturing others, even placing my baby brother, only 19 months my junior, in a doll crib and feeding him bottles. I always knew I was meant to be a healer and a caregiver.

2000's

Motherhood & Loss

Became a mother of four. Walked through pregnancy, miscarriage, and the profound loss of my daughter Angel at 20 weeks, an experience that shaped my soul and sparked my spiritual awakening.

2012

Found Integrative Care

While working as a pediatric nurse, I discovered integrative medicine. It changed everything. I learned the power of food as medicine and witnessed healing that honored the whole person.

2016

Reiki Master & Transformation

I became a Reiki Master and began my own healing journey, mind, body, and spirit. I lost over 100 pounds, rebalanced my life, and realized I was meant to help others do the same.

2023

Cancer Diagnosis & Healing

Diagnosed with rectal cancer. Walked through chemo, radiation, surgery, and an ostomy, largely alone. This experience cemented my purpose: to be the advocate and guide I needed during that time.

2025

AdvocateHer was born

AdvocateHer was born from healing, hardship, and hope. A space for women to feel seen, supported, and empowered during the hardest parts of life.

OUR HEALING COMMUNITY

This work is never done alone. Through support groups, shared stories, and soul-led sessions, the AdvocateHer Collective reminds each woman: you are not alone here.

Where healing becomes change

Your healing matters, and it deserves to be honored.

So do your voice, your story, and your right to be heard.

You deserve care that listens, respects, and restores, whether that happens through personal support or conversations that reach far beyond one room.

If you’re seeking clarity, confidence, and compassionate guidance, I’m here, as an advocate who has walked this road, and as a voice committed to changing how care can be.
