CONSIDERING WORKING TOGETHER?

Whether you’re exploring a speaking engagement, seeking private advocacy or coaching, or simply curious about what support might look like, you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.

This is a space to ask questions, share a little about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit, without pressure or expectation.

Welcome to AdvocateHer.

Where lived experience becomes voice, advocacy, and change.

I speak for the women who were overwhelmed, unheard, and expected to navigate cancer and complex healthcare alone.
As a nurse, patient advocate, and cancer survivor, I bring the human story behind the system into rooms where real change begins.

I don’t speak in theory. I speak from the body, from the waiting rooms, from the moments when strength had to be rebuilt breath by breath.

My work bridges compassion and clarity reminding women of their power, and reminding systems of their responsibility.

This is where stories become advocacy.

Where healing becomes leadership.

Where voices rise… together.

WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Let’s get started

Whether I’m speaking to a room full of women, supporting someone one-on-one, or holding space within community, the heart of the work is the same: helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their care.

Every offering at AdvocateHer exists to strengthen your voice, support your healing, and help shift the culture of care, one woman, one choice, one conversation at a time.

Explore the pathways below and choose what fits this season of your journey.

Cancer Advocacy

Personalized guidance through the medical maze.

When you’re facing cancer or complex health decisions, it’s easy to feel lost in a system that moves too fast and speaks its own language.
As your advocate, I help slow it down,  translating medical jargon, preparing questions, reviewing options, and making sure your voice is heard in every room where decisions are made.

Together, we create a care experience that honors not just your body, but your mind, spirit, and story.

Integrative Health Coaching

Reconnecting body, mind, and spirit after illness or trauma.

Healing doesn’t end when treatment does. Through integrative coaching, we explore the emotional, physical, and lifestyle aspects of recovery, helping you rebuild trust in your body, cultivate self-compassion, and establish new rhythms of wellness.

This is a supportive space to release fear, rediscover steadiness, and step forward into life after survival with greater ease and clarity.

AdvocateHer Collective

A community rooted in connection, education, and empowerment.

Healing in isolation is heavy. Healing in community is transformative.

The AdvocateHer Collective reflects the power of women coming together to share stories, tools, and strength while navigating cancer, chronic illness, and caregiving.

Through shared learning and heart-centered conversation, this space honors the truth that care is not meant to be carried alone.

Cancer Advocacy

Cancer advocacy is about more than navigating treatment, it’s about being seen, heard, and supported through every part of the journey.

I walk beside women as they move through the complexities of the healthcare system, helping make sense of medical language, prepare for appointments, and communicate clearly with their care teams.

My role is both practical and deeply human. That can include coordinating care, understanding insurance options, reviewing treatment plans, and offering steady emotional support when the weight of it all feels overwhelming.

Together, we create clarity where there’s confusion, calm where there’s chaos, and confidence where fear once lived.

Because you deserve more than treatment.
You deserve care that listens, respects, and empowers you on every level.

Layer 1

Integrative Health Coaching

Integrative coaching supports healing beyond treatment, honoring the whole woman, not just the diagnosis.

This approach blends evidence-informed practices with emotional and spiritual support, helping you take an active, empowered role in your well-being. Together, we focus on balance, resilience, and self-trust as you move through recovery and into what comes next.

As your coach, I walk alongside you in creating personalized, realistic plans that honor your whole self; body, mind, and spirit. We explore tools that support your energy and nervous system, including nutrition, rest, stress management, mindfulness, and lifestyle rhythms that feel sustainable and humane.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program.
It’s a collaborative space designed around you! To reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in your intuition, and create lasting wellness practices that align with who you are now.

AdvocateHer Collective

The AdvocateHer Collective is a space shaped by shared experience — where women can pause, breathe, and feel less alone.

It represents the belief that healing is relational, not isolated. Through guided conversations, education, and thoughtfully curated resources, women explore emotional, physical, and spiritual healing in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.

This is more than a support group.
It is a philosophy of care, one that values listening, dignity, and collective wisdom.

The voices and insights that emerge from this collective inform the work I bring into speaking spaces and professional conversations, helping shift the narrative from surviving in silence to being heard with respect.

Because when women rise together, systems begin to listen.

When support feels like a deep exhale.

Love notes from the journey

I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through treatment without Rhonda. She helped me understand what my doctors were saying, organized everything when I felt overwhelmed, and made sure I never had to walk into an appointment alone…even when it was virtual. I felt like someone was finally in my corner.

Stage II Breast Cancer

I came to Rhonda feeling lost after treatment ended. Everyone around me thought I should be ‘better,’ but I felt more broken than ever. She helped me reconnect with myself, slow down, and listen to what my body and heart actually needed. Her coaching felt like exhaling for the first time in months.

Tanya D.

Ovarian Cancer Survivor

When I was diagnosed, I had no idea what to do next. I’m a single mom and I was terrified. Rhonda helped me get clear, calmed my nerves, and made the whole thing feel manageable. I actually printed out the planner pages and cried because they helped so much. I finally felt like I could breathe.

Maria G.

Rectal Cancer

I’ve never felt more in tune with my body and spirit than I have working with Rhonda. The reiki sessions were incredibly calming, and she somehow always knew exactly what I needed without me having to say a word. It was the first time I felt healing could be gentle.

Jasmine K.

Breast Cancer Survivor

Rhonda helped me navigate conversations I never thought I’d be strong enough to have with my mom. She explained things gently, helped us plan for the end with dignity, and stayed calm when I couldn’t. I will never forget how she held space for both of us.

Lauren P.

Caregiver & Daughter

The AdvocateHer Circle was one of the most supportive spaces I’ve ever been in. I didn’t even realize how much I was holding until I showed up to that first group session. Rhonda made it feel safe, sacred, and real. We laughed, cried, and left lighter every time.

Organizations I align with

These are the organizations and communities whose values reflect my own, centered in compassionate care, whole-person healing, and advocacy that uplifts. I’m honored to learn from, be in connection with, or share space alongside them.

Where healing becomes change

Your healing matters and it deserves to be honored.

So do your voice, your story, and your right to be heard.

You deserve care that listens, respects, and restores whether that happens through personal support or conversations that reach far beyond one room.

If you’re seeking clarity, confidence, and compassionate guidance, I’m here as an advocate who has walked this road, and as a voice committed to changing how care can be.
